摘　　要：无锡国专是1920年由唐文治在无锡创办的近代以来唯一一所以国学为专科的高等学府。无锡国专在中国近代文化史、教育史上地位卓然,也是近代学术史上的国学重镇。无锡国专自始至终受到社会各界的广泛关注、接纳、赞誉和支持。她在创办之初便得到无锡工商界、教育界及地方绅士名流的大力支持。南迁广西和上海复校后,同样得到社会各界及"民国政府教育部"及众多军政要员的大力支持,并得到蒋介石的亲自过问。无锡国专的社会地位及较大影响,缘于她对于独特教育理念和教育方式的坚持,缘于她培养了一批宝贵的国学人才,缘于她对于中国传统文化的执着坚守。The college of Chinese Culture was founded by Tang-wenzhi in the year of 1920 in Wuxi. As the only college of Guoxue, it took its great part in china modern history. At the beginning, it was supported resolutely and vigorously by the people of all walks of life in Wuxi, and so was in Guangxi and Shanghai, when it was forced to move there. The college was concerned and supported by ＂Education Department of Republic of China＂, and many more big shots even Jiang--jieshi. The college firmly insisted on its special educational idea and teaching ways, and upheld its position firmly that it should do its best to conserve and develop the traditional culture, additionally, it brought China a great number of the trained personnel of Guoxue, so it was respected much deeply and widely.
