服务供应链协同运作模式研究

摘　　要：当前,服务业在中国国民经济中的比重越来越大,服务经济正逐步成为国民经济的核心。任何一个服务业企业不能包纳服务所需的一切人力、物力和财力资源,越来越多的服务业企业选择合作联盟。因此,服务业企业需要将部分服务产品外包出去,并通过供应链模式为顾客提供世界级的服务产品。为了实现服务供应链各企业间的共赢和提高其整体竞争力,服务供应链必须实行协同运作。在界定服务供应链的概念、特点与运作组织结构的基础上,建立了服务供应链协同运作模式,给出了服务供应链协同运作的关键因素。The proportion of service sector in the national economy is growing,and service economy is becoming the core of the national economy.Any single service enterprise cannot include all the necessary human,material and financial resources,so more and more choose cooperation.Therefore,service enterprises need to outsource some services products,and provide customers with world-class services products through the supply chain model.In order to achieve the win-win situation and improve the overall competitiveness of the service supply chain,service integrator implements coordinating operation from the overall situation of the system.Defining the concept and characteristic and organizational makeup of service supply chain,this paper establishes a coordinating pattern,and gives key factors that affect coordinating operation of service supply chain.
