老年高血压患者治疗过程中的动态血压特点和护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压患者治疗过程中的动态血压特点和护理对策。方法选取207例老年高血压患者进行24h动态血压监测,并分成一般老年组和高龄老年组,进行比较分析。结果高龄老年组的日间、夜间平均收缩压均高于一般老年组,日间、夜间平均舒张压均明显低于一般老年组,高龄老年组的脉压明显高于一般老年组,差异均具有统计学意义。高龄老年组昼夜节律异常发生率(反杓形+非杓形)占92.4%,一般老年组昼夜节律异常发生率(反杓形+非杓形)占93.3%,两组夜间下降率差异有统计学意义。结论 24h动态血压监测能更准确全面了解老年高血压患者的血压控制情况,为临床用药和护理提供更为合理的依据。Objective To investigate the ambulatory blood pressure characteristics and nursing measures during the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 207 elderly patients with hypertension were recruited and divided into the general aged group and advanced aged group.All patients accepted 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.Results The mean systolic blood pressure durning daytime and nighttime of advanced aged group was higher than the general aged group,and vice versa,the mean diastolic blood pressure durning daytime and nighttime was significantly lower than the general aged group.The pulse pressures of advanced aged group were significantly higher than the general aged group.Three were significant differences in above parameters between two groups.The occurrence of abnormality of diurnal rhythm accounted for 92.4% and 93.3% in advanced aged and general aged group,respectively.Conclusion The analysis of 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in elderly hypertensive patients can provide more accurate and comprehensive understanding of blood pressure control,and supply the reasonable guide for clinical use of drug and nursing.
