摘  要:大型风力发电机组叶片的设计在整个风机设计中占有较大比重,但由于叶片的不规则性导致叶片的三维模型设计较难实现,通过反求方法重构叶片三维模型花费较大,又不能对叶片进行相应的改型,使得分析范围较为局限。为此,利用SolidWorks的二次开发技术开发一套叶片设计系统,分别从叶片半径、弦长、桨距角以及厚弦比4个自由度改变叶片参数,自动生成不同外形的叶片三维设计模型,提高了设计的灵活性,为后续分析提供了有力的支持。The large-scale wind turbine leaf blade design in the whole design occupies a large proportion. But irregularity of leaf blades leads to difficulty in three-dimensional modeling. Through the reverse way, not only cost is too large, but also the shapes can not be modified. All these limite the analysis scope. Adopting the secondary development technology of SolidWorks, a blade design system was developed. Respectively, from the four degrees of freedom, namely blade radius, chord length, pitch angle and chord thickness ratio, the leaf blade parameters were changed to automatically generate three-dimensional design models with different shapes. The design flexibility is improved. It provides support for the following analysis.
