铁皮石斛茎、叶挥发性成分研究

摘　　要：利用水蒸汽蒸馏提取铁皮石斛挥发性成分，用GC／MS进行分离测定，铁皮石斛茎中分离出24个成分，鉴定出14个化学成分，占挥发油总量的91．76％；铁皮石斛叶中分离出20个成分，鉴定出18个化学成分，占挥发油总量的97．40％。铁皮石斛茎、叶挥发性成分中，含有11种相同成分。铁皮石斛的不同部位其挥发油化合物组成和含量不尽相同，为铁皮石斛的综合利用提供参考数据。The chemical composition of the volatile oil of the plant was obtained by distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. Twenty-four kinds of chemical constituents in stem of the plant were separated, of which fourteen compounds representing 91.76% of the oil were characterize. Twenty kinds of chemical constituents in the leaf of the plant were separated, of which eighteen compounds representing 97.40% of the oil were characterized; There are eleven same components in the two oils. The composition of volatile oil from different parts of the plant was also different, for Dendrobium candidum＇ s comprehensive utilization to provide reference data.
