摘　　要：目的:探讨腮腺切除手术同期行胸锁乳突肌瓣转移术对修复腮腺术区凹陷畸形的效果及对味觉出汗综合征的预防作用。方法:对21例腮腺良性肿瘤病人行肿瘤及腮腺部分或全叶切除术,同期行胸锁乳突肌瓣转移术,观察治疗结果。结果:术后切口均一期愈合,经3～24个月随访,腮腺区外形良好,颈部外形及功能正常,无1例患者出现味觉出汗综合征。结论:胸锁乳突肌瓣转移术能改善腮腺切除手术后凹陷畸形,能有效降低味觉出汗综合征发病率。Objective：To study the effect of sternocleidomastoid muscle flap reconstruction following parotidectomy to prevent Frey＇s syndrome and facial introcession deformities.Methods：21 patients following parotidectomy with sternocleidomastoid muscle flap reconstruction were retrospectively reviewed.Results：All the incisions healed well,a follow-up of 3-24 months showed good figuration of the parotid region and normal contour and function of the neck,none of the 21 patients experienced Frey＇s syndrome.Conclusion：The sternocleidomastoid muscle flap transfer can obviously improve post-operative deformity and prevent the incidence of Frev＇s syndrome.
