参芪健胃汤对胃癌患者血清VEGF-A、VEGF-C表达影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察参芪健胃汤对进展期胃癌患者血管内皮生长因子A、C(VEGF-A、VEGF-C)的抑制作用。综合评价参芪健胃汤配合化疗,对进展期胃癌患者的血常规、肝功能、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平、临床症状及生活质量的改善情况。方法Ⅱ、Ⅲ期胃癌患者60例随机分为:对照组30例,采用单纯化疗FOLFOX2方案;治疗组30例,采用上述化疗配合参芪健胃汤口服。采用ELISA法定量检测2组治疗前后血清VEGF-A、VEGF-C的表达水平,并分析其在治疗后的差异性;综合评价以参芪健胃汤辅助胃癌化疗,患者的血常规、肝功能、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平、临床症状及生活质量的改善情况。结果 2组治疗后VEGF-A、VEGF-C的表达均显著降低,治疗组症状体征与毒副反应均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪健胃汤能抑制进展期胃癌血清VEGF-A、VEGF-C的表达水平,通过抗肿瘤血管生成而抑制肿瘤的进展。同时,能改善化疗患者的生活质量、临床症状,减轻化疗药物的血液学毒性及肝功能损害。Objective To observe the inhibiting effects of shengqi stomachic decoction on the expressions of VEGF-A（Vascular endothelial growth factor A）and VEGF-C（Vascular endothelial growth factor C） in gastric cancer.Methods 60 gastric cancer patients（period Ⅱ～Ⅲ） were randomly divided into： the control group（n=30）,FOLFOX2;the treatment group（n=30）,using the Shengqi jianwei decoction.To quantitatively detect the expressions of VEGF-A and VEGF-C in the peripheral blood before and after treatment with ELISA and analysis of their difference.To discuss the inhibiting effects shengqi stomachic decoction on the expressions of VEGF-A and VEGF-C.To comprehensively evaluate the improvement of blood routine examination,liver function tests,immune function tests,the level of tumor markers,clinical symptoms and the quality of life in gastric canner chemotherapy patients adjuvant treated by shengqi jiangwei decoction.Results Shengqi stomachic decoction could inhibit the expressions of VEGF-A and VEGF-C.Conclusion Shengqi stomachic decoction could control the progression in gastric canner by anti-angiogenetic method.At the same time,Shengqi stomachic decoction could improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms and mitigate the hematological toxicity and liver damage of chemotherapy drugs.
