大学生对网络心理咨询的需求分析及应对

摘　　要：目的：了解大学生对网络心理咨询的需求，并探寻如何应对这些需求。方法：问卷调查法，透过网络采取滚雪球方式抽取二十多所高校的在校大学生为研究对象。结论：①大学生已经使用和更多期待使用网络心理咨询；②提高网络心理咨询的专业性和有效性是服务的重要保障；③需加强对大学生心理问题进行网络心理咨询干预的研究。The purpose of the research is to survey online counseling demands of college students, and to explore the way to answer those demands. Questionnaire survey was used in this research, and researchers selected college students from more than 20 universities of China as research participants through snowball sampling on Internet. Some conclusions were drawn in this research as follows： （1）Some college students have already used online counseling. Meanwhile, most of college students in China expected accepting webcounseling service. （2）It is important to guarantee the service quality of online counseling by improving its expertise and effectiveness. （3）It is necessary to do more researches on how to utilize online counseling to intervene in mental health problems of college students.
