摘　　要：基于价值网的企业价值优化是以价值网理论为基础,以企业价值再造的思想、理论和方法,以及相关的其它管理理论和方法对企业价值塑造过程进行系统的分析。通过对企业价值优化和价值网络分析,基于价值网的企业价值优化是一个复杂的系统工程过程。本文从企业价值网模式分析入手,对企业价值链和价值网环境下的企业价值优化,以及如何利用网络构建能力构建企业最优价值链条等方面做了探讨和研究。Enterprise value optimization on the basis of value network is the systematic analysis of the the formation process of the enterprise value which is based on the value network theory and performed using the principles,theories and methods of enterprise value reengineering and other related management theories and methods;it is a complex systems engineering process aiming al the optimization and analysis of the enterprise value and value network.Starting from the mode of enterprise value network,the paper studies the enterprise value chain and the enterprise value optimization within the value network environment,and the method to establish the optimal enterprise value chain through network construction capacity.
