摘  要:目的:TREK-1是双孔钾离子通道蛋白家族成员,可能与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。本文旨在探讨TREK-1在宫颈癌中的差异表达。方法:用免疫组化技术分析TREK-1在30例正常宫颈组织和30例宫颈癌组织中的表达,分析其差异与多项临床指标之间的相关性。结果:TREK-1在宫颈癌组织中的表达显著上调,其表达与组织学分级、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移无明显相关。结论:TREK-1可能具有促进宫颈癌进展的作用。Objective: TREK- 1 is a member of the two-pore domain potassium channel family, and may be associated with patho-genesis and progressian of tumor. The aim of this study was to explore the expression of TREK-1 in cervical carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was performed to analyze the different expression of TREK-1 in 30 normal cervical tissues and 30 cervical carcinoma samples. We then analyzed the relations between TREK-1 expression and muhiple clinical parameters. Results: TREK-1 was significant- ly up-regulated in cervical carcinoma relative to normal cervical tissues. There were no significant correlations of TREK-1 expression with grade of differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Our results suggest that TREK-1 could promote the progression of cervical carcinoma.
