摘 要:目的:使用ROC曲线确定D-二聚体定量适合于NS、HSP的诊断临界值,并重新评价其临床意义。方法:按照NS、HSP诊断标准收集D-二聚体定量榆查的患者标本,用免疫比浊法测D-二聚体含量,根据结果绘制ROC曲线,并应用统计软件进行分析。结果:D-二聚体用于NS、HSP的诊断临界值分别为1.2μg/m1(敏感度为86.42%,特异性为54.55%),0.98μg/ml(敏感度为68.75%%,特异性为61.44%)。结论:本文确定的NS、HSP的诊断临界值,相对于试剂盒推荐的以0.5μg/ml作为诊断临界值具有更好的准确性,对于进一步提高临床诊断的效率具有显著意义。Objective Use ROC curve to find out the diagnosis cut-off point of NS,HSP by D-dimcr content and reappraises its clinical significance. Method According to NS ,HSP diagnosis standard coiled the patients' specimen, use immunoturbidimetric methods measured the D- dimer content, draws up the ROC curve according to the result, and carries on the analysis using statistical software. Result the D- dimer content cul-off point of NS, HSP clinical diagnosis are 1.2 μg/ml (sensitivity is 86.42%, specificity is 54.55%), 0.98μg/ml (sensitivity is 68.75%%, specificity is 61.44%). Conclusion The cut-off point determinded by this research compare to 0.5μg/ml which provides by the reagent box as the diagnosis standard has a better accuracy, have the remarkable significance in improving the clinical diagnosis efficiency
