左氧氟沙星序贯治疗合并呼吸道感染的心脏病患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价左氧氟沙星治疗合并呼吸道感染的心脏病患者的安全性和有效性。方法：对30例合并呼吸道感染的心脏病患者予以常规治疗的基础上，给予左氧氟沙星（可乐必妥）静滴，之后根据病情继续予口服序贯治疗以观察临床安全性和有效性。结果：可乐必妥对治疗呼吸道感染合并心脏病基础病患者疗效尚令人满意，总有效率达83．33％，且对患者肝、肾功能等无明显影响。结论：可乐必妥治疗合并呼吸道感染的心脏病患者疗效好，副作用少。OBJECTIVE： To assess the efficacy and safety of Levofloxacin hydrochloride in cardiopathy patients combined with respiratory infection.METHODS： 30 Chinese cardiopathy patients combined with respiratory infection were enrolled. Besides conventional cardiovascular therapy, patients enrolled were given anti-infection therapy of intravenous infusion of Levofloxacin hydrochloride （Cravit）, and then sequentially switched to oral Levofloxacin hydrochloride according to the patients＇ conditions. RESULTS： Levofloxacin hy- drochloride （Cravit） therapy was effective and safe in cardiopathy patients combined with respiratory infections with a total efficacy rate of 83.33% and without any significant influence on patients＇ hepatic and renal profile.CONCLUSIONS： Levofloxacin hydrochloride （Cravit） therapy was effective and safe in cardiopathy patients combined with respiratory infections.
