摘 要:目的研究两种载药复合材料对家兔皮肤溃疡愈合的影响。方法制备载康复新的聚氨酯水凝胶膜及载聚维酮碘的聚乙烯醇/有机硅杂化交联膜。以兔背部皮肤切割伤创面作为实验性溃疡模型,观察复合药膜对溃疡愈合率、愈合时间、镜下炎细胞浸润、新生血管形成及新生表皮移行的影响。结果用药7d两药膜组创面面积明显缩小,愈合率与空白对照组比有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),药膜组与相应药液组比具更好促进愈合作用,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。用药11d,两药膜组愈合率与空白对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。从创面愈合时间来看,康复新药膜组显著短于空白对照组(P<0.01)及相应药液组(P<0.05)。组织学上,用药4 d后,聚维酮碘药膜组创面炎细胞浸润数量明显少于空白对照组(P<0.01)。药膜组创面组织肉芽生长情况良好,毛细血管数量较空白对照组为丰富。12 d时药膜组完全重上皮化比例与上皮移行距离均大于空白对照组(P<0.01)。结论本研究所制备的两种高分子复合药膜对家兔皮肤溃疡愈合具有一定促进作用。Objective To investigate the effects of two topical compound dressings on skin wounds of rabbits.Methods The PU hydrogel films and Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA) /organosilicon crosslinking hybridization films were prepared,joined with Kangfuxin Ye and PVP-I respectively,to form two compound dressings.The compound dressings undergone the tests on the wounds made by concisus to the back of rabbit.The rates and time of the wound healing,granulation tissue and newborn migratory epidermis under microscope were observed and compared between the compound dressing groups,only medicine groups and blank control group.Results The marked shrinks of wound on 7d were found on the compound dressing groups,significant different with that of blank control group and only medicine groups.On 11d,the healing rates of compound dressing group were significantly higher than that of blank control group.The average time of healing in compound dressing groups were significant shorter than that in blank control group and only medicine groups.Under microscope,inflammatory cell infiltrations were less on PVA/organosilicon crosslinking hybridization films compound dressing group than that on controls,and the amounts of newborn blood capillaries in granulation tissue on 4d were larger on dressing groups than that on controls.On 12d,the rate of completely reepithelization and the migratory distances of newborn epidermis in compound dressing groups were greater than that in control group.Conclusion The two compound dressings were effective in accelerating the healing of rabbit skin wounds.
