神经白塞病二例临床病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨神经白塞病(NBD)的临床特征。方法以神经白塞病为关键词,检索相关文献,结合二例神经白塞病的不同临床表现,分析神经白塞病的临床特征。结果患者均有白塞病的基本表现,即反复口腔、生殖器溃疡,神经系统损害可发生在中枢和周围。结论 NBD有复发缓解现象,临床上如遇到反复的中枢神经或周围神经损害为特征的疾病时。Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with neuro-Behcet＇s disease. Methods neuro-Behcet＇s disease was used as the key word for searching. Data were extracted and then analyzed . We reported 2 cases with neuro-Behect＇s disease , one case affected the central nervous system , the other case affectsed the peripheral nervous system . Results Neuro-Behect＇s disease was uncommon . The patients with neuro-Behcet＇s disease who have not only recurrent oral and genital ulcerations , ocular inflammation , but also neurologic signs seldomly during the course . Conclusions The clinical manifestations of relapsing-remitting should be find in neuro-Behcet＇s disease . In clinical practice patients with recurrent neurological involvement .Neuro-Behect＇s disease should be considered.
