血清CA19-9、CEA、CA125联合检测诊断食管癌的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多抗原联合检测诊断食管癌的价值。方法应用全自动化学免疫分析检测254例食管癌患者、40例食管炎患者和100例健康体检者血清CA19-9、CEA、CA125的表达。结果三项指标联合检测诊断食管癌的灵敏度和特异度均明显高于单独检测及任两项联合检测(P均<0.01)。结论三项指标联合检测可提高诊断食管癌的灵敏度和特异度,有利于早期诊断食管癌。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of muhiple antigens for the esophageal cancer. Methods Serum levels of carbohydrate antigen 19-9 （CA19-9）, carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125） were detected by full-automatic chemiluminescence immune assay in 254 patients with esophageal cancer, 40 patients with benign esophagitis disorders and 100 healthy controls. Results The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for esophageal cancer by combined detection of three indexes were significantly higher than those by one or two indexes （both P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Combined detection of three antigens may greatly improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for esophageal cancer, which may be helpful for early diagnosis.
