摘  要:室内测定结果表明,纤维素酶、淀粉酶、邻苯二酚氧化酶在菌丝生长期、转色期、出菇期活性持续增高,愈创木酚氧化酶与漆酶活性在转色期达到峰值,在出菇期活性下降。纤维素酶与淀粉酶呈显著正相关。菌丝期漆酶活性与产量呈极显著正相关,与转色期呈显著负相关;转色期纤维素酶、淀粉酶、漆酶相互呈显著正相关,漆酶与产量呈显著正相关,与出菇期呈显著负相关。出菇期中的各种酶活性与香菇农艺性状间无显著相关性。The laboratory determination results showed that the activities of cellulase,amylase and pyrocatechol oxidase increased continuously at the hyphal growth stage,veraison and mushroom time of Lentinus edodes.The activities of guaiacol oxidase and laccase got to their peak values at veraison,then declined at the mushroom time.The activity of cellulase was significantly positively correlated with that of amylase.At the hyphal growth stage,the activity of laccase was very significantly positively correlated with the yield,but was significantly negatively correlated with veraison.At veraison,there were significantly positively correlations between cellulase,amylase and laccase each other;the activity of laccase was significantly positively correlated with yield,but was significantly negatively correlated with the mushroom time.At the mushroom time,there was no significant correlation between enzyme activities and agronomy characters.
