摘　　要：在现今医疗卫生体制回归公益性质改革的过程中,积极构建新时期的社会主义医学道德精神,不但有利于社会主义医疗卫生事业的良性发展和社会主义精神文明的建设,而且对于构建"以人为本"的社会主义和谐社会具有重要的意义和价值。In the reform process of healthcare system which regresses to its public interest nature, the construction of the spirit of socialist medical ethics in the new era not only benefits the positive development of socialist healthcare industry and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, but is also of great significance and value in promoting the construction of a ＂people - oriented＂ socialist harmonious society
