摘　　要：β-蒎烯是最经济且丰富的萜烯资源之一，概述了β-蒎烯的理化性质，主要介绍了用β-蒎烯来合成各种香料的方法，并对其发展前景进行了展望。β -Pinene is one of the most economical and abundant sources of terpenes. The physical and chemical properties of β -pinene are outlined. The synthetic methods of all kinds of perfumes by using β-pinene are maily introduced. And the development prospect is predicted.
