高职院校学生职业理想现状分析及应对策略

摘　　要：通过调查发现高职院校大学生职业理想存在诸多问题。分析这些问题形成的深刻原因,并试图找到应对策略,以期对高职院校大学生树立科学的职业理想起到指导作用,促进大学生顺利就业。An investigation of students＇ occupational ideals in higher vocational colleges reveals a lot of problems in choosing occupations.The causes are analyzed with an attempt to find some strategies and provide some guidance to higher vocational college students in building up scientific occupational ideals so that they may find their ideal jobs after graduation.
