摘　　要：以沧州师范学院近三年毕业生的就业情况调查为依据,分析当前大学生就业和职业适应状况问题,提出对策与建议,旨在强调在校大学生职业适应能力培养的重要性。Based on the investigation of the employment of graduates of Cangzhou Teachers＇ College in recent three years,the article analyzes the situation of the employment and vocational adaptation of the current graduates and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to emphasize the importance of developing the vocational adaptability of undergraduates.
