摘  要:要采用自制高场不对称波形离子迁移谱(FAIMS)仪对苯酚、2-甲酚、3-甲酚、4-甲酚以及2,4-二氯酚进行检测,通过结合补偿电压以及射频高压的二维扫描优化了对检测物的分辨。射频高场强度为1.6×104V/cm时,2-甲酚与4-甲酚有最佳分辨效果,其余物质在高场强度大于1.8×104V/cm时可以得到最佳分辨。研究了5种物质的离子迁移率随电场强度变化的多项式拟合参数值,为后续挥发酚物质现场快速检测奠定了基础。实验表明,随着高场强度增加,检测灵敏度降低,而分辨率通常增加,高场强度为2.0×104V/cm时,系统对2-甲酚的检出限为1μg/L。Detection of phenol,2-methylphenol,3-methylphenol,4-methylphenol and 2,4-dichlorophenol was carried out by laboratory-built high-field asymmetric waveform ion mobility spectrometer(FAIMS).Separation of those compounds was enhanced by sweeping compensation voltage(CV) under different dispersion voltage(DV) values.Best separation result of 2-methylphenol and 4-methylphenol was obtained at high-field strength of 1.6 × 10^4 V/cm,optimum separation of remaining compounds was obtained at high-field strength larger than 1.8 × 10^4 V/cm.high-field mobility of those compounds was reported for the first time.Experiment results showed that the sensitivity was decreased and the resolution was usually increased by increasing highfield strength.When the high-field strength was set at 2.0 × 10^4 V/cm,the limit of detection for 2-methylphenol was 1 μg/L.
