摘　　要：全国许多地区在积极实践社区卫生服务机构绩效考核。通过收集主要省、市出台的社区卫生服务机构绩效考核相关政策文件,结合文献分析及专家咨询,对各地做法,包括考核目的、组织、内容、方法和结果的运用等进行总结与分析,为相关部门决策提供参考。Many regions are actively practicing performance evaluation for CHS institutions.Through collecting relevant policy documents associated with performance evaluation for CHS institutions in major provinces and cities,along with literature review and expert consultations,major practice（including appraisal purpose,organizations,contents and methods,and application of appraisal outcomes） of performance evaluation for CHS institutions all over the regions is summarized and analyzed,so as to provide reference for decision making of relevant departments.
