摘 要:目的探讨糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原125(CA125)与细针吸取细胞学(FNAC)联检在乳腺癌诊断中的应用。方法选择128例乳腺良性肿瘤病例和132例乳腺癌病例,分别做血清CA153、CA125检测并予FNAC检查。结果CA153检测的敏感性为44.70%,特异性为95.31%,CA125敏感性51.52%,特异性94.53%;而FNAC的敏感性为84.09%,特异性为98.44%。三项联检使敏感性提高到91.67%,仅特异性稍降低至88.28%。结论FNAC在乳腺癌的诊断中有较高的准确性,与CA153、CA125联检可提高乳腺癌早期诊断的敏感性,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the joint inspection of CA153, CA125 and FANC in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods To detect the blood serum level of CA153, CA125 examination and the FNAC examination separately in 128 breast benign tumor cases and 132 breast cancer cases. Results The CA153 examination' s sensitivity was 44.70%, specificity was 95.31%. The CA125 examination' s sensitivity was 51.52%, specificity was 94. 53%. But the FANC sensitivity was 84.09%, the specificity was 98.44%. Three joint inspection make the sensitivity enhance to 91.67%, only the specificity slightly reduces to 88.28%. Conclusions FNAC has the high accuracy in breast cancer' s diagnosis, but joint inspection with CA153, CA125 can improve the sensitivity of early diagnosis of breast cancer and has some clinical value.
