抗精神病药物中毒患者的生存质量及影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解抗精神病药物中毒患者的生存质量及影响因素，为进一步防治提供参考。方法用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简袁（WHOQOL—BREF）、简明精神病量表（BPRS）、汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对研究组和对照组进行测量和比较，并对研究组用自制的一般调查量表进行调查；最后，将研究组可能影响他们的生存质量的因素和他们的总的生存质量和健康状况进行相关性分析。结果研究组在生理、心理、环境领域、总的生存质量和健康状况的得分都明显低于对照组，BPRS、HAMA的得分高于对照组，差并均有统计学意义（P〈0．叭）。他们的生存质量与职业、良好的家庭关系呈正相关关系；与BPRS、HAMD、HAMA的得分和年龄呈负相关关系；和他们的生存质量存在依存关系的因素是HAMA、婚姻、学历、年龄和家庭关系。结论抗精神病药物中毒患者生存质量较低．并受多种因素影响．而焦虑对其影响最大。Objective To study the quality of life and the influencing factors in patients with anti - psychotics poisoning to make reference for prevention. Methods The study group and control group were evaluated with WHO the quality of life scale （ WHOQOL - BREF） , brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS）, Hamilton depression scale （HAMD）, Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）and compared with each other. The study group was also investigated with self- made general condition scale. At the end, to analyze the general quality of life and mental health and the eleven influencing factors with relative - analysis. Results In the study group, the scores of physiology, psychology, environment fields, general quality of life and mental health were obviously lower than those of the control group, the total scores of BPRS and HAMA were obviously higher. The general quality of life and mental health were positively correlated with the better family - ties and occupation, and negatively correlated with the total scores of BPRS, HAMD, HAMA and age. The influeneing factors were HAMA, marriage - ties, educational background,age and family- ties. Conclusions The quality of life in patients with anti- psychotics poisoning is lower. Anxiety is the key influencing factor.
