摘　　要：目的探讨血清CA153、CA125联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用电化学发光法分别检测乳腺癌、乳腺良性病患者、正常女性静脉血标本中血清CA153、CA125的含量。结果乳腺癌组CA153、CA125的含量均显著高于正常对照组和乳腺良性疾病组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论血清CA153、CA125联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断有一定临床价值，可明显提高乳腺癌患者的检出率及敏感性。Objective To evaluate the significance of combined detection of CA153 and CA125 in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The levels of CA153 and CA125 in patients with breast cancer, breast benign diseases and normal women were detected by electrochemical methods. Results The lev- els of CA153 and CA125 in breast cancer was obviously higher than those in controls and group with breast behign diseases（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions It is significant to combined detection CA153 and CA125 in diagnosis of breast cancer, it can obviously improve the rate of detection and sensitivity.
