摘　　要：提出一种基于科技文献的学科团队成员挖掘与识别方法,应用社会网络技术,借助领域专家知识导航平台,构建团队成员挖掘、团队成员识别及其科技文献产出为一体的识别方法,同时以国内某研究单位人机交互学科团队成员的构建为例,验证此方法的可行性和有效性,拓展科研机构评估及分析方法。This paper brings forth a method for the mining and recognition of discipline-team members based on the literatures. Reali- zes a researching progress integrated with the mining, recognition of discipline-team member and outputs of scientific literature by the social networking technology and the field specialist knowledge collection （FSKC） , and explains the feasibility and efficiency of such a method by the example of the human-computer interaction team of S research institute, China. It provides a new method and space for the analysis and research of the discipline-team.
