摘　　要：应用有限元法，对轿车后车门在装配中的翘曲变形进行了研究，用车门结构刚度理论解释了这种现象，从而为优化车门结构提供了理论依据。同时，也为进一步研究轿车装配质量提供了一种新方法。The warp distortion of a car back - door during the assembly is explained using the theory of frame stiffness with the help of finite element method in this paper. So the optimization of the frame of the sidedoor will be based on it. At the same time,a new method of the study on the quality control in the process ofautomobile assembly is advanced.
