摘 要:采用活性炭吸附净化受污染河水,考察了不同吸附时间及投量下的净化效果,同时结合三维荧光光谱(EEM)技术探讨了河水中溶解性有机质(DOM)组分的变化。结果表明,宋梁路段河水中的有机物含量较高,DOM主要为类腐殖酸、类富里酸和芳香族蛋白质类化合物;河水的EEM中主要存在3个荧光峰和1个荧光峰带;活性炭对类腐殖酸和类富里酸的吸附效果较好,对芳香族蛋白质的吸附效果较差,最佳吸附时间为15 min。甘棠段河水的EEM中有2个荧光峰A和B(均为色氨酸类蛋白质)及1个峰带C(与类腐殖酸有关);活性炭最佳投量为0.5 mg/mL,此时峰带C消失,A峰和B峰强度变化率分别达到了81.31%和92.52%。The activated carbon was used to purify polluted river water, the purification effect at different adsorption times and dosages was investigated, and the variation of DOM components in the water was studied using excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy. The results indicate that there is high content of organic matters in water from Songliang Road section, and DOM components are mainly humic acid-like compounds, fulvic acid-like compounds and aromatic protein-like compounds. The excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra of the water from this river section have three fluorescence peaks and one fluorescence peak band. The activated carbon has better adsorption effect on humic acidlike and fulvic acid-like compounds and poorer adsorption effect on aromatic protein-like compounds, with the optimum adsorption time of 15 min. The excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra of the river water from Gantang section have two fluorescence peaks called A and B which are all tryptophan protein-like compounds and one fluorescence peak band called C which is related to humic acid-like compounds. The peak band C disappears, and the fluorescent intensities of peaks A and B reach 81.31% and 92.52% respectively at the activated carbon optimal dosage of 0.5 mg/mL.
