摘 要:用于大尺寸测量定位的工作空间测量定位系统(WMPS)是多站光电扫描交汇测量系统的简称,优点在于多点实时测量与跟踪,测量精度高。平台旋转运动的稳定是保障测量系统高精度的首要因素。采用空间电压矢量调制(SVPWM)方式驱动电机,可有效地减小电机的转矩脉动和输出电压谐波。采用锁相环的反馈控制方法,配合电机上的光电码盘,可以实现在恒速下的高精度控制。TMS320F2812芯片内部集成EV模块,可方便地形成SVPWM波和检测码盘正交信号实现锁相环控制。经实验验证,此驱动方法可达0.1%的控制精度,满足系统的精度需要。Workspace measurement position system (WMPS)is the short name for multi-station opto-electronic scan intersection measuring system. Real time measuring and tracking, high measurement precision, and wide application foreground are its advantages. The steady rotation movement of this scanner platform is the principal guarantee for the measurement precision. Driving the motor with space vector pulse width modulation ( SVPWM ) can lower the torque pulse effectively. Using PLL feedback control method,with the optical eneoder of the motor, high-precision control can be achieved in constant speed. TMS320F2812 chip made by TI integrates EV module which can form SVPWM wave and realize PLL feedback control by detecting encoder orthogonal signals easily. It is verified by experiments, the driving method can reach precision of 0.1% and can fulfill the requirement of the system.
