摘　　要：建立高压微波溶样测定氨基酸的方法。该法与常规水解氨基酸样品方法比较,相对偏差(RE％)均在3.5％以内,结果令人满意。This paper presented the method of determinaion of amino acid by microwave pressure digestion of sample. The relative deviation, that the comparison of results of this method with routine method, was 3. 5%.
