摘　　要：心理因素在患者自我评价口腔治疗的效果中有重要作用,了解和应用心理分析的方法能够提高患者的满意度,改进医患关系,从而达到提高治疗效果的目的。本文就口腔治疗患者的人格特征进行分析,着重从患者心理因素对口腔治疗效果的影响程度和如何在治疗中建立以患者为中心的身心治疗模式方面作一综述。Psychological factors play an important role in patient-evaluation of oral treatment.Comprehension and application of psychology can promote patient satisfaction,improve physician-patient relationship,and furthermore improve treatment outcome.The aim of this review is to focus on the personality analysis of patients who received oral treatment,the influence of psychological factor on these patients and how to establish patient-oriented physical and psychological treatment model in oral treatment.
