国内2002～2009年肿瘤干细胞研究文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的了解中国肿瘤干细胞研究文献的分布特点和研究现状,为相关学科研究提供参考。方法以中国期刊全文数据库为数据源,对国内2002～2009年肿瘤干细胞研究文献的年度变化、核心作者、地区分布、机构分布及期刊分布等进行计量学分析。结果 8年共在192种期刊上发表论文453篇,其中论著占35.98%,基金论文占48.12%;发表论文最多的地区和机构分别为上海(78篇)和上海交通大学(28篇),发表论文最多的期刊为《中国组织工程研究与临床康复》(21篇)。结论肿瘤干细胞的研究呈现逐年增加的趋势,其中上海、江苏、广东等发达地区的著名大学和科研机构构成研究核心区。Objective To probe into the literatures distribution characteristics and present situation of the research on cancer stem cells for the credible references on related subjects study.Methods Based on the resources from Chinese Journal Full-text Database,the literatures of the research on cancer stem cells from 2002 to 2009 were analyzed in respect of annual changes of literatures,core authors,regional distribution,institution distribution and journal distribution,etc.Results During 2002 to 2009,a total of 453 papers were published on 192 kinds of journals.Of the 453 papers,35.98 percent were original articles and 48.12 percent were resulted from the funded research programs.Shanghai and Shanghai Jiao Tong University occupied the first place on the regions list and institutions list of papers presentation which published 78 and 28 papers respectively.Journal of Clinical Rehabilitative Tissue Engineering Research which published 21 papers occupied the first place on the journals list of papers presentation.Conclusion The cancer stem cells research is increasing year by year,and the well-known universities and research institutes of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Guangdong and other developed regions have formed into the core study cycle.
