摘　　要：本文对图书馆的职能及其信息资源利用作了阐述,详谈了联合参考咨询网免费为读者服务,清华大学图书馆、国家科技图书文献中心镜像站、国家图书馆文献提供中心有偿为读者服务。重点介绍了哈尔滨市图书馆如何为读者进行信息服务的,详谈了我馆如何利用本馆的现实馆藏和虚拟馆藏免费及有偿为读者服务。In the paper,I describe the functions of the library and information resources.Elaborate a joint reference network free services for readers;Tsinghua University Library,the National Science and Technology Library Document Center mirror station,the National Library Document Supply Center of paid services for readers.Introduce information services for readers in Harbin Municipal Library,elaborate how to use the real collections and virtual collections of free and paid services for readers.
