豪乐卫生整理布抑菌与破坏乙型肝炎表面抗原效果的试验观察

摘　　要：豪乐卫生整理布是用以有机硅季铵盐为主要成分的整理剂处理后的纯棉布。其作用３０ ｍｉｎ，对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均为１００％ ，对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为８９－５ ％ ，作用６ ｈ 可将ＨＢｓＡｇ 抗原性完全破坏。洗涤、熨烫５０ 次，再作用１０ ｍｉｎ，对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仅由洗涤前９９－９ ％ 降至９６－２ ％ 。Haole Sanitary Fisished Cloth is produced by immersion of pure cotton cloth in sanitary finishing agent containing mainly organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt, followed by processes of rolling, finalizing and drying. After exposure to it for 30 min, the bacteriostatic rate of both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 100% and that of Candida albicans was 89.5%. HBsAg antigenicity could be destroyed after exposure for 6 h. The bacteriostatic rate of S. aureus exposed to the cloth treated by washing and ironing 50 times for 10 min decreased from 99.9% before washing to 96.2%.
