摘　　要：结合高校科技管理工作实践,分析了现阶段高校产学研合作的现状、模式以及合作中存在的一些现实问题,这些问题将阻碍产学研合作的健康开展。提出了只有在政府、高校、企业共同努力下,不断完善产学研合作的运行机制,产学研合作才能持续有效地发展下去。In view of the practice of scientific administration in the university, the present situations and patterns of industry-university-research cooperation are analyzed and some problems are proposed which can prevent the healthy development of the cooperation. The following conclusion is drawn： more effort must be made to improve the operating mechanism by government, universities and enterprises, so that the .industry-university-research cooperation can be developed effectively and rapidly.
