摘　　要：目的：提高肾上腺皮质癌的诊治水平。方法：结合文献对７ 例肾上腺皮质癌的发病、临床表现、临床分期、诊断、治疗以及预后等进行讨论。结果：原发性醛固酮增多症 ２ 例，库欣综合征 ４例，无症状性皮质癌 １ 例。结论：早期诊断、及时治疗对改善肾上腺皮质癌预后起决定性作用。Purpose:To improve the diagnostic level of adreanl cortical carcinoma.Methods:Clinical data of 7 cases of adrenal cortical carcinoma were analysed,in combination with related liferature.Results: 7 cases of adrenal cotical carcinoma were treated surgically,which included 2 cases of primary aldosteronism,4 cases Cushing syndrom,1 case non symptom.Conclusions:Early diagnosis and immediate treatment may play a decisive role of improving the prognosis of adronal cortical carcinoma.
