摘　　要：文章首先研究了传统和现代的信息交流模式,然后依据Web3.0的核心思想和关键技术构建了新的网络信息交流模式,给出了该模式的主要特征、基本流程,最后通过对比分析,得出了基于Web3.0的网络信息交流模式与传统信息交流模式的三大区别。Firstly, the paper researches traditional and mordern the model of info - exchange ,then builds the new model of info - exchange based on the core idea and key technology of Web3.0,and introduces the principal characteristics and basic process of this model. Finally, the paper concludes three distinguish between the model of Web 3.0 - based info - exchange on Internet and traditional model of info - exchange from the contrastive analysis.
