摘 要:弄清薪酬水平的影响因素,合理评价工资发放水平,是集团企业对下属单位薪酬结构、水平与增长机制实施有效监督、引导和管控的前提和基础。文章联系煤炭业的特征,从地区、行业、资源赋存与开采条件、投资或技术投入、可持续发展重视程度等方面,探讨了煤业集团所属单位薪酬水平的主要影响因素,侧重分析了各因素对薪酬水平的影响机理,提出了集团在评价各下属单位薪酬水平时必须综合考虑各主要影响因素,尤其要弄清导致下属单位绩效薪酬差异的深层原因,以揭示并控制下属单位间不合理的薪酬差异。Making clear the influence factors of the salary level, and evaluating reasonably the salary level, are the precondition and foundation for coal group to supervise, guide and control the salary structure, level and increase mechanization of underling units. Considering the characters of coal industry, this paper thinks that region, industry, condition of resource or mining, investment or technique, and sustainable development, are main influence factors of the salary level. This paper analyzes the influence mechanization of these factors. Based on the analyzing results, this paper suggests that the main influence factors must be considered, and especially making clear the fundamental reasons influencing performance salary, finding out and controlling the irrational inference on salary level on underling units, when evaluating the salary level of underling units.
