摘　　要：分析护士职业暴露常见的危险因素,以强化护士职业防护意识,改进防护措施,减少因职业暴露所导致的职业损伤。科学的防护对策能有效保护护理人员:①做好职业安全教育,提高护士自我防护意识;②加强锐器伤的防护管理,预防针刺伤;③严格执行标准预防措施;④预防药物伤害,增强护士对化疗药品的防护意识;⑤制定科学的意外暴露后的处理流程。In order to enhance caused by occupational exposure, risks the awareness of occupational protection and reduce injuries of nurse occupationa exposure have been analyzed. We found that reasonable protection measures can effectively protect nurses. Firstly, occupational safety education must be put on an important position to enhance awareness of self-protection. Secondly, prevention of sharp injuries should be strengthened. Thirdly, standard precautions must be implemented. Fourthly, nurses＇ protection awareness for chemotherapy drug should be raised. At last, it is vital to made a reasonable processes after accidental exposure.
