摘　　要：Numb是一种重要的细胞命运决定因子,它通过不对称有丝分裂拮抗Notch家族的细胞质膜受体而控制细胞的命运。numb基因的缺失将导致癌基因notch的激活和抑癌基因p53表达降低。本文就Numb的结构功能、Numb的相关分子、Numb与肿瘤的关系等作一综述。Numb is a factor of cell fate determinant,which,by asymmetrically partitioning at mitosis,controls cell fate choices by antagonising the activity of the plasma membrance receptor of the Notch family.Numb has recently been shown to help activate the tumor suppressor protein p53.Loss of numb would result,therefore,in both the activation of the potential oncogene notch and the diminution of tumor suppression by p53.Here,we review the structure and function of Numb,Numb-related molecules and the relationship between Numb and tumor.
