摘　　要：近年来,锥形束CT(CBCT)越来越多地应用到颞下颌关节(TMJ)疾病的诊断和治疗中。因其可在不同方向、不同层面同时显示TMJ骨质及关节间隙的改变,与其他影像学方法相比有着巨大的优势,为提高TMJ疾病诊断水平,选择TMJ疾病的合理治疗方案提供了新的平台和探索途径。本文将介绍CBCT在TMJ疾病的诊断与治疗中的应用进展,并探讨其应用前景。Cone beam CT（CBCT） has been used more and more in the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint diseases in recent years.CBCT has great advantages in detecting and evaluating the osseous and joint space changes of the temporomandibular joint in different directions and aspects.It provides a new platform and a new approach in improving diagnostic accuracy and selection of rational treatment methods.This article introduces progress on the application of CBCT in diagnosing and treatment of temporomandibular joint diseases and explores its prospective in clinical practices and scientific researches in the field.
