活血通脉利水明目法治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的卫生经济学评价

摘　　要：目的:评价活血通脉利水明目法(散血明目片)治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的卫生经济学状况。方法:34例非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞患者随机分为治疗组(17例17眼)与对照组(17例18眼),治疗组治以散血明目片联合中西医常规治疗方法,对照组治以血栓通片联合中西医常规治疗方法,治疗1个疗程后对两种治疗方案进行最小治疗成本分析以及成本-效果分析。结果:治疗组总显效率与治疗组比较,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);最小治疗成本分析统计结果治疗组为(4662.34±451.35)元,对照组为(6221.34±1036.45)元,治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);成本-效果分析发现,治疗组的成本低、效果高,而对照组的成本高、效果低,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:活血通脉利水明目法(散血明目片)治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的卫生经济学评价满意。Objectives：To evaluate the situations of medical economics of Activating Blood and Diuresis,Brightening Eyes method（SanXueMingMu Tablet）on the non ischemic retinal vein occlusion.Methods： 34 patients was randomly divided into 2 groups,with 17 eyes of 17 patients in treating group treated in SanXueMingMu tablet with conventional treatment,and 18 eyes of 17 patients in controlling group treated in XueShuanTong tablet with conventional treatment.After a course of treatment two treatments were done by the minimization cost of treatment analysis and cost and effect analysis.Results： The curative effect of the treating group was better than that of the controlling group.There was no significant difference between two groups,Statistical results of the minimization cost of treatment analysis suggested that treatment group was（4662.34±451.35） yuan,controlling group was（6221.34±1036.45） yuan,controlling group was obviously lower than treatment group（P〈0.05）;Cost and effect analysis indicated the cost of treatment group was lower,effect of the group was higher while that of controlling group was higher and lower（P〈0.01）.Conclusions： Medical economics evaluation of the method for treating the non ischemic retinal vein occlusion is good.
