彩色多普勒超声对前部缺血性视乳头病变睫状后短动脉血流动力学研究

摘　　要：目的　观察前部缺血性视乳头病变（ＡＩＯＰ） 的睫状后短动脉血液动力学变化。方法　应用彩色多普勒超声追踪检测７２ 例（７２ 只眼） 前部缺血性视乳头病变睫状后短动脉各血流参数变化并与正常对照组进行对比分析，测定收缩期峰值速度、舒张末期血流速度，平均血流速度、阻力指数。结果　①正常人组睫状后短动脉鼻侧及颞侧支血流参数比较，差异无显著性（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。②ＡＩＯＰ患眼睫状后短动脉各血流参数值与对照组有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜０ ．０５） 。③ＡＩＯＰ患眼治疗前后睫状后短动脉各血流参数值有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论　ＡＩＯＰ组的睫状后短动脉血流速度低于正常人组，证实了ＡＩＯＰ视乳头损害的血管学说。Objective Observe hemodynamic variations of arteria ciliares posteriores breves in AIOP.Methods Color Doppler ultrasonography is used to detect variations of hemodynamic parameters of arteria ciliares posteriores breves of 72 cases with AIOP.The parameters include peak systolic flow velocity (V max ), end diasystolic flow velocity (V min ),mean flow velocity (V mean ) and resistance index (RI).Comparisons with the parameters of 70 normal cases are performed.Results ①The differences of the parameters in nasalis and temporalis arteriola are not signifcicant ( P >0.05);②The parameters of arteria ciliares posteriores breves of cases with AIOP are significantly different from the parameters of the normal ( P <0.05);③The parameters of arteria ciliares posteriores breves of the cases with AIOP are significantly different from the parameters when the cases are cured ( P <0.05).Conclusion The flow velocity in arteria ciliares posteriores breves of the AIOP cases is lower than that of the normal.
