摘 要:目的分析厚朴中的挥发性组分。方法水蒸汽蒸馏提取厚朴挥发油并采用气-质联用技术检测分析。结果检出46个组分,通过质谱检索与保留指数结合确认了其中23个组分的结构。含量较高的组分为:β-桉叶醇(29.01%)、α-桉叶醇(26.76%)、γ-桉叶醇(13.61%)、石竹烯氧化物(5.13%)、葎草烯环氧化物-Ⅱ(2.08%)、β-芹子烯(1.99%)和α-芹子烯(1.69%)等。结论采用质谱结合保留指数分析厚朴中的挥发性成分,可以提高定性结果的准确性。Objective To analyze the volatile components in cortex Magnolia officinalis. Methods The volatile components were extracted from cortex Magnolia officinalis by the steam distillation method and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Results Forty-six compounds were detected and the chemical structures of twenty-three compounds were identified by the comparison of mass spectrum combined with Kovats retention indices (KI). The compounds with high contents were as follows: β-eudesmol (29.01%), α-eudesmol (26.76 %), γ-eudesmol (13.61%), caryophyllene oxide (5.13 %), humulene epoxide Ⅱ (2.08 %), β-selinene (1.99 %), α-selinene (1.69 %) and so on. Conclusion Mass spectrometry combined with Kovats retention indices for the identification of volatile components in cortex Magnolia officinalis can be more reliable and accurate.
