摘  要:研究了用高速雾化分解法由锌焙砂制备活性氧化锌的工艺。结果表明,锌焙砂经碳酸氢铵、氨水与水浸取液浸取,浸取率为98.48%。浸取液中的氧化锌含量可达25.3%(质量分数),用锌粉除杂净化,过滤除去杂质。滤液在喷雾干燥塔430℃的入口温度下喷雾热分解,可得到高活性的氧化锌。其吸碘值为42.445 mg/g,活性显著高于蒸氨煅烧法所得的氧化锌。The process of high-speed atomization decomposing method for the production of active zinc oxide from low-grade zinc oxide ore was studied. The low grade ore was leached by NH4 HCO3 , NH3· H2O and H2O. The Zn recovery of leaching was 98.48% and the ZnO content in the leaching solution was up to 25.3%. The impurities of leaching solution can be precipitated by zinc powder. After filtering, the filtrate was injected into a spray drying tower with the entrance temperature 430℃ to produce high active zinc oxide. The iodine-absorbed quantity of this active zinc oxide was 42. 445 mg/g, which is much higher than that of the other preparation methods.
