高效液相色谱法测定当归养血丸中阿魏酸含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相法测定当归养血丸中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-1.0%冰醋酸溶液(25∶75);检测波长:321 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:25℃。结果:阿魏酸在0.025～1.200 mg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.69%,RSD=0.96%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于当归养血丸中阿魏酸的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of Perlic acid in Angelica nourishing Pills by HPLC. Methods： The Hypersil C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and acetic acid （25：75）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 321 nm. The column temperature was 25℃. Results： The linear ranges of Perlie acid was at 0.025-1.200 mg （r=0.999 8）, the average recovery was 98.69% with a RSD of 0.96%. Conclusion： The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of Perlie acid in Angelica nourishing Pills.
