乳腺导管内癌中Ezrin和Survivin表达及临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺导管内癌组织中Ezrin和Survivin表达及临床价值。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测52例乳腺导管内癌和20例乳腺良性病变中Ezrin和Survivin的表达。结果 Ezrin在乳腺导管内癌中阳性表达率为65.4%,Ezrin的表达在乳腺导管内癌主要定位于细胞质,而在乳腺良性病变则主要定位于细胞膜。Survivin在乳腺导管内癌中的阳性表达率为67.3%,良性病变中无Survivin表达。Ezrin和Survivin表达与乳腺导管内癌组织学分级有关,而与年龄、肿瘤大小无关。结论 Ezrin在乳腺良、恶性病变中表达的不同定位,对乳腺疾病性质的判断具有重要意义,Ezrin参与乳腺癌的发生发展。Survivin在乳腺导管内癌组织中的表达,提示该基因在乳腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,联合检测Ezrin和Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达,有望成为评估乳腺癌生物学行为的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin and Survivin in ductal carcinoma in situ（DCIS） of the breast and to explore the clinical signficance of these indices.Methods immunohistochemistry sp method was used todetect the expression of Ezrin and Survivin in 52 cases of DCIS,20 cases of non-cancerous mammary tissues（including 10 mammarry fibroadenomas and 10 adenosis）.Results Ezrin was maily distributed in cytoplasm in most cancer cell（65.4%）,but Ezrin was localized in the membrance non-cancerous mammary tissues.Expression intensity of survivin protein were significantly different between the benign and DCIS.The positive expressions of Ezrin and Survivin protein in DCIS were not related tumor size and age of patient,but were associated with tumor histological grade.Conclusion The study demonstrates different localization of Ezrin expression intensity in benign and DCIS,which may help in differential diagnosis breast lesion.Ezrin location chang from cell membrance to cell plasma might participate in oncogenesis and development of breast cancer.There is a high expression level of Survivin in DCIS,it may play a important role in genesis and development of breast cancer.To detect the expression of Ezrin and Survivin may be useful paramenters for evaluating the biological behavior of breast cancimoma.
