摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌细胞表面蛋白CDCP1在肺癌患者中的表达及意义。方法通过免疫组织化学方法检测56例肺癌患者肺组织标本及15例肺良性疾病组织。结果正常肺组织及肺良性病变中CDCP1低表达或未检测到表达;肺癌前病变15.4%弱阳性表达;肺癌组织强阳性表达率达26.8%、弱阳性30.3%。56例不同组织学类型肺癌中CDCP1表达水平差别较大。CDCP1蛋白在34.48%肺腺癌表达强阳性,显著高于肺鳞癌、大细胞肺癌、小细胞肺癌(P<0.05)。CDCP1的表达与病例年龄、性别无相关性,但与肿瘤病理分型、TMN分期、淋巴结转移等相关。结论 CD-CP1过度表达与与肺癌临床病理学分型、TMN分期及淋巴结转移相关。CDCP1主要在肺腺癌过度表达。Objective To investigate the expression of CDCP1 in lung cancer and its biological significance.Methods We detected the expression of CDCP1 in adenocarcinoma,squamous carcinoma,megacell lung cancer,small cell lung cancer,normal lung tissue,benign lesion and precancerous change by the method of immunohistochemical technique.Results We found lung cancer expressed higher level of CDCP1 compared with normal lung tissues,benign pulmonary diseases and precancerous changes.Squamous carcinoma,megacell lung cancer,small cell lung cancer have lower level than adenocarcinoma of lung.There were no relationship between the expression of CDCP1 and age and sex,while there were significant relationship between the expression of CDCP1 and lymphonode metabasis,clinical pathology and TNM stage.Conclusion There were significant relationship between the expression of CDCP1 and lymphonode metabasis;clinical pathology and TNM stage;Adenocarcinoma of lung has higher level of CDCP1
