摘 要:在河流等级划分成果基础上,针对浙江省流域各等级层次存在的问题,有针对性地提出流域源头至入海口的治理理念,明确了相关治理措施和工程技术。提出独流入海河流的河源区要注重封山育林、水土保持措施;干流区治理关键则是防洪技术;河口区则需要海塘防护、防洪御潮技术,并需要重视河口生态和环境需水量的研究;同时在治理过程中不能随意灭失流域中的浅滩-深槽这一等级层次,建议将人工阶梯-深潭结构应用于河源区和干流区的治理技术中。滨海平原河网河流治理要注重排涝技术,污染治理是其重点,同时可兼顾景观建设。Based on the achievement of river hierarchical classification and focused on the problems in each river hierarchy of Zhejiang Province,it puts forward some idea about regulation of river basin from river source to river mouth,and specifies some regulation measures and engineer technologies.For the rivers entering sea alone,forest conservancy and soil and water conservation are recommended for river source region and the flood control is the key technology for trunk region.The technology of seawall protection,flood control and tide prevention are the key points for river mouth region,where environmental and ecological water demands should also be paid great attention.The river hierarchy named shoal-trough should not be neglected for rivers entering sea alone in which the technology of man made step-pool structure is suggested to be applied in river source region and trunk region.As for the river network in coastal plain,the flood drainage is the key technology and water pollution control should be focused on.In addition,river scenery design should be considered.
