光波长对平板反应器成膜及产氢特性影响

摘  要:实验研究了不同光波长对生物膜平板反应器中光合细菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris CQK 01)吸附、生长及产氢性能的影响。结果表明:在相同条件下,波长为590 nm时形成的生物膜具有最大的细菌覆盖率和生物膜密度,以及较高的产氢性能。不同光波长条件下形成的生物膜均在运行入射光波长为590 nm时产氢速率达到最大。在最佳光波长条件下,底物浓度为60 mmol/L时得到最大产氢速率11.2 mmol/(m^2·h)。Effect of illumination wavelength on adsorption, growth and hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB), Rhodopseudomonas palustris CQK 01, in a flat-panel biofilm reactor was experimentally investigated in the present study. The results show that the maximal bacteria coverage and biofilm density were obtained for the biofilm formed at illumination wavelength of 590 nm, leading to high hydrogen production performance. The maximal hydrogen production rates of the PSB biofilm were achieved under the operating illumination wavelength of 590 nm, even if the PSB biofilms were formed under various illumination wavelengths. At the optimal illumination wavelength, the highest hydrogen production rate was 11.2 mmol/(m^2·h) when the substrate concentration was 60 mmol/L.
